WEDDING CONSULTATION & EVENT PROPOSAL PROCESS

Telephone Consultation

Our Chef will contact you over the phone to discuss your concept and desired menu.We will gather pertinent event details that are necessary in designing a menu and proposal that is in line with your vision. Once all the details are gathered, we work together as a team to design and tailor an event proposal for you.

Meet & Greet

The Chef will come to you for a face to face and discuss any questions that you have and make any revisions to your proposal if required. During this time we get to know you a bit better and gain an in depth understanding of your vision.We will go over the itinerary, finalize details and in some instances view the venue.

Booking Confirmation

We will provide you with an event contract that both parties sign and collect a deposit. Your wedding day is then in our calendar and confirmed.

Four Weeks Before Follow Up

If at any time you need to get in touch with us, to update how many guests have RSVP'd or notify us of any changes, we are available to discuss. We will contact four weeks prior to touch base and again one week prior for final confirmation of your guest total and confirm details.
